FLEXIBLE & RIGID MOULDING FOAMS

Endurathane Flexible Moulding Foams include Endurathane 8550SR, Endurathane HP506 & Endurathane Mattress Foam and they range from very flexible to semi-rigid, resilient moulding foams.

The combination of smooth, tough skins and variable flexibility and resilience coupled with good processing characteristics and wide design freedom, makes Endurathane Flexible Moulding Foams ideal for applications such as low volume movie props and armour etc.

Endurathane Rigid Medium to High Density Moulding Foams include Endurathane GP65, Endurathane 100-60, Endurathane 245-60 & Endurathane 500-60 and they are  designed to react with Endurathane Part A isocyanate to make a rigid polyurethane foam with good moulding characteristics. Endurathane moulding foams are suitable for hand-pour  application.

The combination of smooth, hard skins and good mechanical properties at low gross weights coupled with good processing characteristics and wide design freedom, makes Endurathane moulding foams ideal for applications such as decorative and ornamental mouldings, furniture, wall-panelling (wood grain reproduction) panel doors, ornamental legs, decorative drawer fronts and cupboard doors, and many other conventionally wooden products.
