CASTING RESINS
A range of pourable and castable polyurethane moulding resins are available in varying hardnesses including 75A, 85A, 95A/50D & 70D. These polyurethane moulding resins react at room temperature to produce flexible to hard, polyurethane plastic suitable for manufacturing moulded components, models and prototypes.
The isocyanates used in these elastomer systems are either polymeric or pre-polymer based and have low vapour pressures (low volatility) making them safer to use compared to traditional MOCA or TDI based polyurethane moulding resins.
